1. What is iSmile Direct?
iSmile Direct is a subscription-based discount health care plan. Participating plan providers in your area have agreed to charge plan members a discounted rate for certain services rendered in their office in accordance with the plan fee schedule. To access these exclusive discounts, you must become a member of the plan by submitting your enrollment information and paying the low annual membership fee. The discounts are applied at the time of service, and you pay the office directly for all services provided.
